What resequencing is for — and why it's safe. The seating is a lens, not the data. When we reorder the six competencies, every print of a given type reseats together, so the change is collective — the whole class moves as one. And a comparison is only ever made within a type: like against like, each type locked to its own single sequence. That collective shift is therefore common-mode — it cancels, and the real differences between people survive it untouched. So we don't resequence to compare across types; we resequence to hunt for the one seating whose adjacencies best expose a given type's signature, and then we lock it. The shape is a costume; the meaning lives in the numbers — and the numbers only ever meet their own kind.
